Ingredients:

2.5 kg chicken thigh cutlets

2 onions

1 big jar passatta

4 diced tomatoes

1 tin coconut cream

crushed coriander and chives (mortar and pestle)

some peppercorns and himilayan rock salt

veges

4 cloves garlic

Directions:

1. Cook on low 6 to 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
