2 t ginger preserves
1 t cooking sherry
1 t lemon juice
1 clove minced garlic
1/2 t dried rosemary

1. Warme 2 T ginger preserves, 1 T cooking sherry, 1 T lemon juice, 1 clove minced garlic and 1/2 t dried rosemary on the stove.
2. Cut the cornish hen in half and sprinkled it with salt and pepper before placing it in the Slow cooker and adding the glaze.
3. This is cooking on high, expect about four hours, depending how it cooks split. The preserves are chunky, mince it up a bit in the future, before it goes into the pot.
