Ingredients:

1 gallon mashed ripe figs

½ gallon sugar

4 small pkg. strawberry jelly

1 cup water

2 pinch’s salt

Directions:

1. Dissolve jelly in water. Add all ingredients in stock pot.

2. Cook over low heat for 45 minutes or so. Stir at times to keep from sticking. Pack in jars, turn jars upside down overnight to seal.
