2 tins of chopped tomatoes
1 carton of passata
sausages
half a pack of spaghetti (approx. 250 g)
500 ml stock
a few grated carrots
3 cloves of crushed garlic
1 teaspoon of onion powder or 1 small finely chopped onion
3 or 4 teaspoons of dried mixed herbs
1 tub of cream cheese
salt & pepper to season
a few cherry tomatoes, sliced
1. Into Slow cooker put - the 2 tins of tomatoes, herbs, grated carrot, crushed garlic and onion powder, then top with broken spaghetti and poured over the stock.
2. Part cooked the sausages on the grill. Put the sausage chunks on top of the spaghetti. Pour over the carton of passata. Top with blobs of cream cheese and cherry tomato slices.
3. Cook on low for approx. 3 hours. Serve with garlic bread.
