1 carton of passata
1 tin of chopped tomatoes
2 teaspoons of mixed herbs
2 teaspoons of garlic powder (as many veggies as you like)
red onions, diced
red peppers
green peppers
carrots, grated
sweet potatoes, diced

1. You can use any veggies - fresh, frozen or tinned or a combination!
2. Cook on high for about an hour, then will turn to low for the rest of the afternoon (about 4 hours).
3. Cook the spaghetti separately, but you may add it to the sauce and cook in the Slow cooker about 30 minutes before serving.
