500 g of beef & pork mince (aldi & lidle)
3 carrots
1 large onion
2 sticks celery
3 tins chopped tomatoes
2 tbsp Mediterranean herb mix (aldi/lidle/b&m)
dash Worcester sauce
3 cloves of garlic (crushed)
2 tbsp tomato purée
tsp of smokey chili paste
1. Finley chop the veg and add to pan with mince and crushed garlic, when the mince is browned drain fat and put contents into slow cooker.
2. Add everything else and put on low for 8 hours.
