Ingredients:

1 large chicken breast

1 chopped onion

small tin of mushrooms

garlic seasoning

100 ml chicken stock cube

2 tea spoons of light soy sauce

3 table spoons of Schwartz medium curry powder

Directions:

1. End up quickly frying the chicken in fry light and soy sauce (after placing it in the Slow cooker and adding garlic). Then put it back in the Slow cooker, with the mushrooms and onions, and then added the stock. Left it for about half an hour then added the curry powder.

2. Then left it for a couple of hours. Boiled rice is also syn free on slimming world.
