Ingredients:

2 natural turkey thighs (2 lbs.)

2 small organic onions, sliced thin

1 clove elephant garlic, sliced thin

1/4 c sherry

2 t butter

fresh chopped parsley

1 1/2 t Spanish paprika

1 t oregano

1/4 t pink salt

1/8 t sage

1/8 t granulated garlic

Directions:

1. Break apart onion slices and place in bottom of cooker with garlic slices.

2. Rinse, dry and rub turkey pieces with seasoning and place on top of onions. Add sherry, and then top with butter and parsley. Cook on low. Check comments for updates.
