1 onion, sliced
2 turkey drumsticks
2 tbsp sherry vinegar or sherry (opt)
1 tbsp avocado oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp hungarian paprika
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp pink salt
1/8 tsp sage
2 tbsp starch
1 cup water or milk
seasoning (salt and pepper to taste)
1. Break onion slices into your cooker. Cover turkey drumsticks with marinade and top the onions.
2. Cook on low 5-6 hours. Multiply ingredients for more servings, this was 2.
3. Set aside the turkey drumsticks and pour the juices into a small pot for gravy
4. Return turkey drumsticks to cooker on warm
5. Mix 1 cup water or milk with 2 Tbsp starch and add to the juices with additional seasoning (salt and pepper to taste). Simmer on low until thickened, stirring frequently
