1 cup steel cut oats
1 scoop/packet chocolate shakeology
3½ cups water
¼ tsp Himalayan pink sea salt
1 tsp honey
1 tsp pure vanilla
1 tsp Unsweetened cocoa powder
Natural creamy peanut butter
1. The night before, add the steel cut oats, water, chocolate shakeology, sea salt, honey, vanilla, & cocoa powder to the crock pot.
2. Cook on low for 7-8 hours at the most. Any longer, and the oats will be very mushy.
3. Serve, and drizzle peanut butter over the top. If you can only spoon it out of the jar, just use your spoon and swirl it into the oatmeal.
