Ingredients:

1 onion, chopped

2 celery stalks, chopped

1 large potato, chopped

1 head of broccoli, chopped

1 stock cube

100g / 4 oz stilton, crumbled

Directions:

1. Add everything to the Slow cooker, except the stilton, cover with hot water and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours until the vegetables are tender and cooked through.

2. Once cooked, purée with a hand blender, stir in the stilton, season to taste and serve.
