2 lb sirloin steak, thin sliced
1 cup beef broth
1/2 c low sodium soy sauce
1/4 c brown sugar
1 t sesame oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
4 t cornstarch
4 t water
broccoli head cut into florets
white rice (cooked)
1. Add broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil and garlic to Slow Cooker, blend well. Add sirloin and toss to coat well. Cover and cook on low setting for about 4 hours. (3 of you want medium well).
2. After 4 hours, mix in a bowl the cornstarch and water and add to the beef mixture, then add broccoli and toss well to get the broccoli saturated. Cover and let the broccoli cook for about 30 minutes for crisp tender or 1 hour for softer broccoli. Serve with your rice and enjoy.
