Ingredients:

1 onion, chopped

2 carrots, chopped

8 baby potatoes, chopped

1 cup sweetcorn

3 garlic cloves, crushed

1 tbsp flour

2 cups stock

1 lb / 450g mixed fish, cubed

1 cup prawns

1 cup double cream

Directions:

1. Add the onion, carrots, potatoes, sweetcorn, garlic and flour to the Slow cooker, stir to combine.

2. Pour over the stock and cook on high for 3 hours or low for 5 - 6 hours, until the vegetables are tender.

3. Now add the fish and prawns, stir and cook for an additional 30 minutes to 1 hour, until the fish is cooked through.

4. Stir in the cream, season with salt and pepper and serve.
