8 cups fresh broccoli florets
8 ounces Colby-Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon cider vinegar
2 cups fresh strawberries
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1. In a large bowl, combine broccoli and cheese.
2. In a small bowl, whisk the mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar.
3. Pour over broccoli mixture and toss to coat.
4. Gently stir in strawberries; sprinkle with almonds.
5. Serve immediately.
