2 pounds Turkey Burger
1 onion, minced
2 teaspoons garlic, minced
1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced
4 hard boiled eggs, cut in half long ways
7-ounce package pepperoni
8-ounce block of Monterey Jack cheese
Salt
Pepper
12 ounce apple jelly
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup apple juice
1. Combine the turkey burger, onion, garlic, salt and pepper.
2. Slice the cheese long way into 1/8 inch slices.
3. Divide the turkey burger in half.
4. Spread out half of the burger and place half of the cheese in the center.
5. Top the cheese with pepperoni then with the egg halves.
6. Top the egg halves with pepperoni and then put the rest of the cheese on top of the pepperoni.
7. Bring the sides and the ends of the burger up to the stuffing.
8. Flatten the other half of the burger and place on top of the burger with the stuffing's.
9. Fold the top burger over the bottom burger until it is all blended together as one.
10. Now place into bread pan.
11. Place in pre - heated 350-degree oven and bake for about 40 minutes.
12. While the meatloaf is baking, mix all the ingredients for the glaze together.
13. After 40 minutes, pull the meatloaf out of the oven and brush on the glaze being very generous with it.
14. Place back in the oven and take out and repeat the glaze step every 5 minutes for 15 to 20 minutes.
15. Meatloaf should be done after cooking for one hour.
16. Removed from oven and from pan. Placing the meatloaf on a plate.
17. Give the meatloaf one more glaze and then serve while it is hot.
