2 boxes frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed

8-12 oz sour cream

1. Completely thaw and drain broccoli. Microwave for 5 minutes in microwave safe bowl. Pour broccoli into 2 qt. rectangle glass baking dish, and salt and pepper.
2. In small bowl, mix cream of chicken soup and sour cream, spoon over broccoli. cover with shredded cheddar cheese and then top with buttered Ritz crackers. Bake in microwave oven for 12-15 minutes until bubbly and cheese melted. May bake in regular oven, 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until bubbly and cheese melted.
