Easy Cherry Chocolate Bundt Cake

Ingredients:

1 chocolate cake mix (any type should be fine)

3/4 cup melted butter (cooled but still liquid)

4 room temperature eggs

1/2 cup of milk

1/2 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 can of cherry pie filling (21 ounce)

1/2 cup heavy cream (glaze)

2 teaspoons light corn syrup (dark should work as well) (glaze)

1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips (glaze)

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 spray and flour a bundt pan.

2. Mix first four ingredients. Fold n chocolate chips and cherry pie filling. Pour evenly into greased and floured (or sugared) bundt pan.

3. Bake 45-50 minutes. Let cool before releasing from pan.

4. Chocolate glaze: heat heavy cream and corn syrup until it comes to a simmer, remove from heat, whisk in chocolate chips let cool a few minutes to thicken before drizzling on cooled cake. Add a few halved maraschino cherries for garnish if you like.
