Ingredients:

2 ears of sweet corn

1/4 cup butter; softened

1 teaspoon ancho chile powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. In a medium bowl, combine butter and seasonings. Rub over Corn and place each ear on a piece of parchment paper. Wrap tightly and tuck the excess underneath.

3. Place on a baking sheet and slide into the oven; baking for 20 minutes.
