2 kg of white Manioc (cassava), peeled and sliced very thinly (butter)
1 big tin of coconut milk (butter)
1 cup of liquid milk (butter)
1cup of white sugar (butter)
4 tbsp of corn flour (butter)
coconut powder for coatings (extra)
oil for tray (extra)
1. Blend everything together until a very very smooth consistency batter is obtained, add the batter in a big bowl.
2. Preheat the oven at 200c, add oil in a 1-inch deep tray and add the batter making sure its level and not over flow, sprinkle coconut powder on top.
3. Add the tray in a big roasting tray and carefully poor water at the edge of the tray until half full and bake them in the oven for 13 to 15 mins.
4. After 15 mins give a light press in the middle to check if it's set completely and remove from roasting tray, let sit for 5 mins. Cut into rectangular shape and add them in coconut powder. And serve.
