Ingredients:
2 kg of white Manioc (casava), peeled and sliced very thinly (butter)
1 big tin of coconut milk (butter)
1 cup of liquid milk (butter)
1cup of white sugar (butter)
4 tbsp of corn flour (butter)
coconut powder for coatings (extra)
oil for tray (extra)
Directions:
- 1. Blend everything together until a very very smooth consistency batter is obtained, add the batter in a big bowl.
- 2. Preheat the oven at 200c, add oil in a 1-inch deep tray and add the batter making sure its level and not over flow, sprinkle coconut powder on top.
- 3. Add the tray in a big roasting tray and carefully poor water at the edge of the tray until half full and bake them in the oven for 13 to 15 mins.
- 4. After 15 mins give a light press in the middle to check if it's set completely and remove from roasting tray, let sit for 5 mins. Cut into rectangular shape and add them in coconut powder. And serve.
