Ingredients:

1 loaf brioche style bread

5 eggs

1 cup sugar

1 1/2 cup milk

1 can evaporated milk

2 t butter, melted

2 tsp vanilla

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp nutmeg

1 cup milk (sauce)

2 tbs flour (sauce)

1/2 cup sugar (sauce)

4 tbs butter (sauce)

1 tsp vanilla (sauce)

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 9"x13" baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

2. Cut bread into 1"-2" squares and add to large bowl.

3. In another bowl whisk together your milks, butter, eggs, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg until combined.

4. Pour over bread and stir gently to coat, let soak for about 10 minutes. Spread into baking dish and bake in oven for about 50-60 minutes until center is set.

5. In saucepan whisk together sugar, flour, milk until combined add butter and heat on medium until butter melts and liquid starts to boil.

6. Whisk until thickened slightly then remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Pour over hot baked pudding and serve.
