Roasted Cinnamon & Sea Salt Carrots

Ingredients:

1 bag of fresh carrots diagonal cut (peeled optional)

1 heaping tbs cinnamon

2 tbs olive oil

sprinkle of sea salt or any brand of course salt

Directions:

1. Place cut carrots in a glass baking dish. Incorporate the olive oil, cinnamon, salt.

2. Roast in a 400-degree oven for 45 min till tender. Use a spatula to turn after 20 min in to unsure even cooking.

3. Once done transfer carrots on to a paper towel to drain off oil. Enjoy by itself, also awesome with your fav dips like hummus. Great side for any hearty meal.
