Ingredients:

1 pck Red Star Platinum yeast

1 tsp sugar

1 cup very warm water

3 cups flour

1 tsp salt

3 tbs olive oil

Directions:

1. 1. Let first 3 items foam for about 5 min. Add next.
2. 2. Mix until it forms a ball about 5 min. Place in oiled bowl for about 45 min.
3. 3. Roll into a small log, on parchment paper or cookie sheet.
4. 4. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Bake about 20 min.
