Buttermilk Bourbon Pecan Chicken Tenders

Ingredients:

chicken tenders about 6

buttermilk about 1 cup

pecans ground about 1/2 cup

ap flour about 1 cup

bourbon about 1/4 cup

butter 1/2 stick melted

Directions:

1. Dip tenders in buttermilk then in flour then in pecans. Place in seasoned cast iron skillet and pour butter and bourbon over them. Bake at 375F for 35 min until tender, turn after about 15 min. Put under broiler for about 5 min to brown.
