Easy Cornflake Crisp Tenders

Ingredients:

1 cup milk+2 t lemon juice or vinegar

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 cup corn flakes crumbs

1 pound chicken tenders (about 10)

3 tablespoons melted butter

salt & pepper

Directions:

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a baking sheet with a nonstick spray.
  2. 2. Put milk mixture in one bowl, mix Parmesan cheese and corn crumbs and put in another bowl. Put the chicken pieces in the milk mixture and leave it for 15 minutes.
  3. 3. Then dip each of the tenderloin into the cheese / crumb mixture to coat completely, and place it on the baking sheet. Sprinkle the melted butter over the tenders. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  4. 4. Bake for 12 minutes or until crispy and golden in color and cooked through.
