Ingredients:

4 cups left-over chili, from frozen, thawed

¼ cup diced small, yellow onion

4 tbl homemade taco seasoning or 2x favorite packaged taco seasoning

1/3 cup beef broth if necessary

1½ tbl chili powder

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp onion powder

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

1/4 tsp dried oregano

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp ground cumin

1/8 tsp nutmeg

1 tsp sea salt

1 tsp black pepper

Directions:

1. Blend well in a bowl with a whisk.

2. Makes Approx. 4 TBL.

3. Blend together seasoning, diced onion and Chili and let simmer covered on low heat about thirty minutes. Add beef broth for desired consistency.

4. Build Corn Tortillas with favorite Taco toppings like: Shredded lettuce, Fresh shredded sharp cheddar cheese, Tomatoes, Diced sweet onion, Sliced avocados.
