Ingredients:
skinless salmon (four 5 oz filets)
2 lemons
1 1/2 cup Pineapple juice
1 tbsp garlic salt
1 tbsp lemon pepperr seasoning
1 small bottle teriyaki sauce
Directions:
- 1. Mix together teriyaki sauce, pineapple juice, seasonings, and one sliced lemon to make marinade.
- 2. Line 9x10 baking pan with other sliced lemon.
- 3. Lay salmon fillets in pan.
- 4. Cover with marinade.
- 5. Cover pan with foil and allow to marinate 1 hour.
- 6. Heat oven to 375°F.
- 7. Bake salmon for 20-25 minutes.
