4-6 large zucchini sliced in thin strips
1 lb. ground chicken, beef or turkey
2-3 c chopped spinach
1/2 diced onion
1-3 clove garlic
house made or approved marinara
fresh chopped basil to your taste
salt, pepper
Italian seasoning opt
1. Oven 350. Cook down all ingredients with spices. Lay zucchini out.
2. Add meat mixture to center. Fold over and secure with toothpick. Add just enough marinara to bottom of baking dish.
3. Put ravioli on top and then spoon marinara over top. Bake 350 - 20/30 min until warm through and bubbly.
