1 tbsp. of olive oil
2 cloves minced garlic
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
1 can crushed tomatoes
1 can vegetable broth
1&1/2 cup water
1 dried basil or marjoram
1 cup bell pepper diced
2 medium onion diced
package of frozen or fresh cheese ravioli
freshly ground black pepper
1. Heat oil in a large saucepan, add bell pepper, onion, garlic and crushed pepper (if using) and cook, stirring for minute.
2. Add tomatoes, broth, and water basil and bring to a rolling boil over high heat. Add ravioli and cook 3 minutes less than a package instructions. Season well serve and top with parmesan cheese.
