1 lbs. ground beef
½ bag of tater tots
1 can cream style corn
½ cup frozen peas
½ can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
½ can cheddar cheese soup
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
shredded colby jack
garlic and onion powders to taste
s&p to taste
¼ cup fresh chopped parsley plus parsley to top and garnish
1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F.
2. In a large skillet, brown the beef. Add a little S&P and garlic and onion powder to flavor the meat while it browns. Once it’s browned, drain.
3. In a large bowl, mix the beef with the soups, corn, peas and parsley.
4. Spoon the mixture into a casserole dish, add a layer of shredded Colby jack cheese across the top of the mixture then and top with a single layer of tater tots. Sprinkle a light layer of Colby jack and chopped parsley across the top of the tater tots.
5. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the tater tots are a golden-brown color and crispy. Pull from the oven, let it rest for about 10 minutes, then serve! Pop the top on a Hamm’s Beer and enjoy a steaming plate of Zombie Hot Dish!
