1 (32-oz.) bag ore ida frozen hashbrowns
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (16-oz.) container sour cream
1 (8-oz.) bag shredded cheddar cheese
1 onion, chopped
1/2 stick blue bonnet margarine, melted
salt or garlic salt & pepper, to taste
3-4 cups crushed cornflakes
1/2 stick blue bonnet margarine, melted
1. Mix potato ingredients together in a large bowl and put into a greased 13x9-in. baking dish.
2. Top with crushed cornflakes and drizzle with melted butter.
3. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
