2 lb. chicken breast cut into pieces
½ cup brown sugar
1 cup pineapple juice
1/3 cup tomato sauce
1 egg, beaten
⅓ cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons cornflour
1. Coat the chicken pieces in cornflour, then coat in beaten egg.shallow fry in batches, drain on paper towel.
2. Add to slow cooker.
3. Mix the pineapple juice, brown sugar, tomato sauce & soy sauce together. Mix into cornflour, stir till lump free.
4. Pour sauce mix over the chicken. Cook 2-3 hours on high.or low 6-8 hours. Add pineapple pieces prior to serving.
