Ingredients:

3 pounds potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced.

1/2 cup chopped onion

1 cup cooked ham

1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup.

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup water, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper.

Directions:

1. Spray slow cooker with a nonstick spray.

2. Place potatoes in slow cooker.

3. In a medium bowl, mix together shredded cheese, onion and ham. Poor into slow cooker

and mix in with potatoes.

4. Using the same brown, mix together mushroom soup, water, and spices.

5. Pour evenly over the potato mixture.

6. Cover, and cook on high for 4 hours.
