Ingredients:

1/2 cup soft butter

1/2 cup peanut butter, room temp

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 egg

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

1 + 1/4 cups sifted plain flour

3/4 teaspoon bicarbonate soda

1/2 cup small dark Choc chips

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 160c. Mix first six ingredients well. Sift in the rest of the ingredients.

2. Mix well. Roll into 20 mm balls and press down with a fork dipped in sugar or flour, onto a bake paper lined tray.

3. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
