Ingredients:

1 cup peanut butter

1 cup sugar

1 egg

Directions:

1. 1. Simply Mix all ingredients and roll or spoon into your desired cookie size. Place on cookie sheet use a fork to make your crisscross on the top.
2. 2. Pre-heat oven to 350.
3. 3. Bake for 12 minutes.
