Ingredients:

8 medium boneless chicken breasts

1 1/2 cups grated parmesan cheese

1 1/2 cups mayonnaise

2 pinches garlic pepper mix

2 (12oz) cans artichokes

8 slices crumbled cooked bacon optional

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°.

2. Place chicken breast in baking dish.

3. Drain and chop artichokes.

4. In a medium bowl combine all ingredients (except for bacon and chicken).

5. Top chicken with mix and add bacon (optional) to top.

6. Bake for 30- 45 minutes.
