Ingredients:

1 apple

1/3 cup pineapple chunks

1/3 cup almond milk

a little bit cinnamon

Directions:

1. Mix the ingredients and process until well as soft and creamy drink.

2. Eat snacks instead of in the period between breakfast and lunch.

3. Do not eat anything in the next 2-3 hours.
