1 apple, cut into chunks
1 Packet Vanilla P96 Whey Protein Powder
½ cup coconut or almond milk, unsweetened
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon maple syrup
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
A pinch of nutmeg
A pinch of allspice
1. Combine apple, water, vanilla, P96, maple syrup and spices in a blender. Blend until smooth.
2. Pour into a mug and microwave on high for about 2 minutes.
3. Sprinkle with cinnamon, and if you’re feeling particularly daring, add a bit of whipped cream on top.
