Ingredients:

4 egg whites

1/2 cup oatmeal

1 cup berries

2 scoops of vanilla protein powder

Directions:

1. Combine egg whites, protein powder and oatmeal well. Stir in blueberries.

2. Drop spoonful’s of mixture on a baking sheet coating with cooking spray.

3. Bake at 425 degrees F. for 1015 minutes.
