Ingredients:
1 cup of almond flower
3/4 cup of natural yogurt
1 egg white
1/2 teaspoon of Vanilla
1/3 cup sweetener
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 cup of blueberries
Directions:
- 1. Preheat oven to 190 degrees C. Mix wet and dry ingredients separately leaving blueberries aside.
- 2. Mix wet and dry ingredients, add the blueberries.
- 3. Spray some oil on the baking sheet, and spread some butter over it. Bake the cookies for 8-10 minutes. Serve.
