2 eggs
2 avocados
cheese
salt, pepper
1. Preheat oven 425. Cut avocados in half and remove the pit.
2. Slice a thin spot off of the bottoms so that they would sit in the pan easier.
3. Wrap with tin foil in case egg runs over.
4. Add eggs on top of the avocados putting the yolks in the holes.
5. Salt and pepper.
6. Bake for 20 min.
7. Add some parmesan cheese at the end.
