½ loaf unsliced white bread
250g bacon rashers
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
3 spring onions
5 slices of salami
1 small red capsicum
6 eggs
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
chopped fresh parsley
1. Cut bread into cubes.
2. Spread over the base of the flan form.
3. Dice the salami & bacon and add to a non-stick frying pan; cook, stirring, until browned; drain on absorbent paper.
4. Dice capsicum in the Turbo Chef.
5. Slice Spring onions.
6. Sprinkle cheese, bacon, salami, spring onions and capsicum over bread.
7. Whisk eggs in the B2B mix.
8. Pour with a fork until combined; add milk and Worcestershire sauce and season with salt and pepper, whisk until combined.
9. Pour over bread mixture in dish.
10. Cover with glad wrap and leave to set in the fridge overnight.
