5 thin sliced flank steaks
1 bag broccoli florets
3 sliced carrots
1 chopped celery stem
white rice
1. Boil carrots separately for 10 minutes to soften drain.
2. Cut flanks into small slices and sear alone for about 2 minutes.
3. Add 1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce, 1tbsp ginger, 1 tbsp garlic, 1/4 cup dark brown sugar, 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce, 1 tbsp oil, a pinch of salt, pepper, and any other seasonings you prefer. Stir then if desired add a mixture of 1tbsp cornstarch and 1 tbsp water to help thicken sauce and cook on medium for 5 minutes, add broccoli, carrots, & celery cook on medium for 5-7 minutes uncovered.
4. Garnish with sesame seeds.
