500 g chicken mince (buy prewashed)
1 tsp garlic paste
1/2 tsp green chilli paste
handful chopped dhania
1 onion chopped
2 tbls chopped red pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp chicken spice
pinch of crushed jeero
1 tsp sesame seeds
canola oil for frying
1. Combine all the ingredients together and mix well.
2. Shape with oiled hands (flatten on palm of hand)
3. Make 6 patties
4. Heat a nonstick pan and drizzle some canola oil over.
5. Fry patties for 5 minutes each side.
