1 onion
3 cloves garlic
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
cooked long grain rice
1 head cabbage
4 stalks of celery
1 x 28 oz. can diced tomatoes
2 tablespoons tomato paste
4 cups beef broth
1/4 cup of tomato juice
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon paprika
1 table spoon Worcestshire sauce
1 bay leaf
salt and pepper to taste
brown meat
1. Shove all ingredients except for rice in crock pot.
2. Cook on low for 8 hours.
3. Add cooked rice at the end.
4. Serve with saltine or some shit.
