2 lbs. of ground beef or turkey
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 large onion chopped
1 tsp minced garlic
1 small head of cabbage chopped
2 cans (14.5 ounces each) diced tomatoes
1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
1/2 cup water
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp Greek seasoning
1. In a large pan heat your olive oil. Add your meat and onions, cook till no longer pink, add garlic, cook.
2. Add the chopped cabbage, tomatoes, tomato sauce, pepper, Greek seasoning salt, and water, bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 20 to 30 min or until cabbage is tender.
