4 (16 oz) pkg cauliflower
2 c water
1 tablespoon salt
2 c half and half
8 c milk
1 c green onion, chopped
1 (4 oz.) jar pimento
1 c flour
2 c cold half and half
4 tablespoons butter
26 sticks imitation crab meat
1. Cook cauliflower with water and salt until tender.
2. Add half & half with the milk, green onion and pimento. Heat to boiling.
3. Mix flour, cold half and half, butter and sticks imitation crab meat together and add to soup mixture.
4. Cook slightly until thickened. Add margarine and crab.
