1 lb lean ground beef
1 clove garlic minced
1 small onion chopped
1 small head cabbage chopped
2 ½ cups water
⅔ cup uncooked white rice
½ tsp pepper
½ tsp garlic salt
¼ tsp paprika
1 tsp sugar
1 can 28 oz tomato sauce
1. In a large skillet brown the ground beef with the onion and garlic. Drain the grease from pan.
2. In the slow cooker add your chopped cabbage, water, rice, pepper, garlic salt, paprika, sugar and tomato sauce.
3. Stir in the beef mixture. Cover and cook on low 6 hours or high 4 hours.
