500 g lamb mince
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon mixed herbs
1 teaspoon of oregano
sprinkle of salt and pepper

tomatoes
cucumber
onions
red and white cabbage
pitta and/or wraps
1. Put 500g lamb mince in a mixing bowl.
2. Add the Garlic powder, Mixed herbs, Oregano and sprinkle it with Salt and Pepper. You can add more herbs and chilly powder if wanted.
3. Mix throughout with your hands until all the ingredients have combined.
4. Now shape the meat into a loaf. Really compress the meat so it can form into a sliceable block.
5. Pierce the foil (firstly so foil does not going into the meat) then wrap the meat in foil
6. Make four balls of foil and place it in the slow cooker. (This is used as a stand for the meat so its not sat in the fat)/
7. Place the wrapped meat on top on the four foiled balls.
8. Put the lid on and cook on low settings for 8 hours.
