500 g lamb mince
1 tsp mixed herbs
1 tsp onion salt
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp salt
half a tsp of pepper
1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Mold into a loaf shape. Wrap tightly in foil. Poke a few holes in the bottom with a fork.
2. Place on foil balls, on low for 6 hours. Served with pitta, lettuce, cheese & garlic mayo.
